Dear friends, First and foremost, we wish to thank you for sending your registration form for this year's tournament. Your continued support is greatly appreciated. It's time to allocate this year's teams into two groups and determine your opponents for the league round. This allocation will be done during the draw. Please see details below. Draw Details: · Date: Wednesday the 5th April 2017 · Time: 7:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. · Venue: Baker's house - 10 Welcome Meander, Harrisdale 6112 (please enter the car park from Peaceful Vista) · Attendance Required: Team captain or a representative from each team We have attached documents describing the “Rules & Format” and “Captain's Responsibilities” herewith for your reference. It is vital that you (and your team members) understand these aspects of the tournament to avoid any conflicts/misunderstandings. Please circulate these documents between your team members. Please pay special attention to the "liquor consumption" section. We wish to thank the teams who have already settled the registration fees. The remaining teams are reminded to settle the team registration fees ($120.00 per team - see "Rules & Format") in full during the draw (or EFT before the draw date). Kindly note that we unable to collect the registration fee on the day of the tournament due to other tasks associated with "BakMaha Sanakeliya". In addition, the team captains are required to submit the completed team registration form (i.e. full name of all team members) if their initial submission was incomplete. Please ensure a representative from your team is present at the draw! Once the draw is complete, we'll send out the match schedule for the tournament along with other details.
