Rules:
1. 10 overs per innings
2. Batsman to be retired on scoring 25 runs
3. Maximum 2 overs per bowler.
4. Capping of 3 wickets for a bowler
5. 8 teams divided into 2 pools of 4 teams each.
6. Each team gets 2 matches and group winners to qualify for the finals. 
7. Winner to get 3 points and 1 point each for drawn matches.
8. Net run rate to be calculated to decide pool winner incase of equal points in the pool.
