2021 Fresno Mini League

1. League stage games will be 35 overs each with first 7 overs and last 7 overs as powerplay.
2. Play-off stage games will be 40 overs each with first 8 overs and last 8 overs as powerplay.
3. Play off structure –
   1. Game # 1 - 1st position will play 2nd position; winner will qualify for final.
   2. Game # 2 - 3rd position will play 4th position.
   3. Game # 3 – Winner from game #2 will play losing team of game # 1.
   4. Game # 4 – Winner from game # 1 and game # 3 will play final.
   5. In order to play in playoffs a player must have played at least one game from that team.

1. All games will be played from both ends unless there is a safety hazard for players or public using the park; both captains will need to agree to change playing conditions.
2. Boundary Dimensions – 30 yard inner circle and 51 yards boundary from bowling stumps and on sides from the edge of the mat.
3. One bowler can bowl maximum of 7 overs in 35 over game and 8 overs in 40 over game.
4. Only local players will be allowed to be registered for games, any new player with no NCCA record can be allowed to play if opposition captain is in agreement.
5. Under 19 and over 50 will be free agents and can play from any team.
6. Each team will get one game against an opposition.
7. 4th position team will not qualify for playoffs.
8. Kookaburra balls will be used and each team to provide their own Kookaburra balls.
9. At least two players from the designated home team will report to ground at 7 AM to claim the ground and set up cones etc.
10. Designated home team will setup the ground and visiting team will put stuff away.
11. Each team will be responsible for their own refreshments and food.
12. One umpire each from non-playing team will be assigned by their respective captain.
13.  Team will need to provide roster of players before end of the day January 10th, 2021.

1. Each game will have a Man of the Match trophy based on Cricclubs app. (first name will be selected in presence of both captains and umpires before game is ended).
2. Best bowler Trophy
3. Best Batsman Trophy
4. MVP of the tournament Trophy
5. Winner Trophy.
