Harinagar Youth Club Nepal Cricket Player's
Terms and Conditions

1. Commitment to Harinagar Youth Club Nepal:
   - The player acknowledges a commitment to Harinagar Youth Club Nepal and agrees to actively participate in the club's cricket activities, including practice sessions, matches, and other team-related events, following the provided schedule.
   - Any unavailability due to unavoidable circumstances must be communicated to the team management in advance.

2. Upholding Sportsmanship:
   - The player shall maintain a high level of sportsmanship both on and off the field, demonstrating respect for teammates, opponents, officials, and spectators.
   - Discrimination, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary actions.

3. Fitness and Training:
   - The player is responsible for maintaining adequate physical fitness and attending regular training sessions.
   - In case of injuries, the player must promptly report them to the team's medical staff for evaluation and treatment.

4. Uniform and Personal Appearance:
   - The player is required to wear the official team uniform during matches and official club events.
   - Personal appearance should positively represent the club and the sport.

5. Availability and Travel:
   - The player must be available for domestic and international matches as per the club's schedule.
   - Travel, including overseas tours, may be necessary, and the player must possess the required travel documents and visas.

6. Media and Sponsorship Commitments:
   - The player may be asked to participate in media events, promotional activities, and interviews as per the club's contractual obligations.
   - The club and its sponsors may use the player's image and likeness for promotional purposes.

7. Performance Assessment:
   - The player's performance will be regularly evaluated, and selections and changes to the team may be made based on merit.
   - Consistent poor performance may result in the player's exclusion from the team.

8. Contractual Agreements:
   - The player agrees to adhere to the terms of any individual or team contracts, including compensation, bonuses, and sponsorship agreements.
   - Violation of contractual obligations may result in legal action.

9. Anti-Doping Compliance:
   - The player is obligated to comply with all anti-doping regulations and policies established by relevant authorities.
   - The use of prohibited substances is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or expulsion from the club.

10. Termination of Contract:
   - Harinagar Youth Club Nepal reserves the right to terminate the player's contract for any breach of these terms and conditions, misconduct, or other justifiable reasons.

By signing this agreement, the player acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disciplinary actions, including contract termination and potential legal consequences.
