Register your team on/before 10 November 2023 by submitting Entry fees of KWD 20 (Ground Teams) / 25 (Non Ground Teams) along with hard copy of this registration form & promissory agreement / or also you can email the filled form on our mentioned official email address otherwise your team will be replaced with new team without notification.

22playersteam list + pictures template must be submitted on/before 05 November 2023 (Soft files of team list in excel file should send through email on mahaplkw@gmail.com.
