| About: | Tokyo Premier League is a yearly hard tennis ball cricket tournament organized by MIB during the Summer / Autumn season. This tournament started in 2009 and it is a most fashionable and oldest hard tennis tape ball cricket tournament in Japan. This year is 14th edition of 𝐓𝐨𝐤𝐲𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 and we have received 40+ entries again this year but given the limited time, we could only accommodate 24 teams for TPL 2022. In TPL 2021, More than 24 teams participated in the event and around 330 players took part in the matches. The event is very popular on our Facebook page and shared with great interest amongst the cricket community in Japan. The only cricket tournament which facilitates games for women too in Japan and this year will be 3rd TPL Women tournament. |
