BATTING:
  • According to our rule, any batter who did not get a chance to bat in the first match must bat first in the second match before those who batted first. Additionally, if a batter enters to bat in the final two overs of an inning and remains not out, he will be considered a non-playing batsman.
  • A Captain must not call back or retire a batter until they have faced at least 10 balls. If a batter retires, they cannot resume their innings and will be declared out. Players are allowed to self-declare, but you should focus on your positives and believe in your ability to bat.
UMPIRING:
  • Bullying of umpires is not allowed. Umpires have the final say in decisions. If anyone other than  the captain argues with an umpire and the umpire has a complaint, a penalty of 30 riyals must be paid after a warning. Only captains are allowed to discuss with umpires.
  • In case main umpire having any doubt on any decision, he needs to consult with leg umpire and work together for final outcome.
  • If an umpire repeatedly makes mistakes, the captain has the option to request a replacement umpire to the management.
PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE:
  • Being punctual at ground and your attendance all throughout the tournament is very important. Players who arrive late after 2 overs have been bowled in a match will not be allowed to play in the first game. However, exceptions may be made for certain players based on their circumstances.

  • The bowling side must bowl the first ball of the final over of the inning by the scheduled time. (In T15 matches it is 70 minutes). If not, only 3 fielders will be permitted outside the 30 yard circle for the remaining overs of the inning.
