Triggers Cricket Club introduced Triggers Colts Cricket League in May 2014  to provide a platform for our youth to excel in the game of cricket. The league will sponsor tournaments and provides facilitates for age groups between 8 to 12. Triggers Colts Cricket League will hosted its first Tournament in May 2014 with 5 teams and 75 kids and 2nd tournament in September with 8 teams and 100 kids.

The goals of our Colts Cricket League is:·

• To introduce the game of cricket to children through coaching programs

• To encourage young cricketers to play in age-appropriate competitions

• To train coaches and teachers to expand the game of cricket in our community

Long term goals for improving children’s cricket 

• Secure cricket grounds exclusive for youth cricket (under consideration from Harries County PCT 4,parks).
• Establish Triggers Colts Cricket League with leadership and management provided by kids’s parents and participation from all areas of    Greater Houston
• Setup a process to identify talent on the Colts league and promote them to play in Houston Cricket League and beyond
• Organize tournaments across cities in Texas
• Video footages, profiles and score management via central web portal that encourages parent and kids alike
