RULE BOOK – TOLARAM PREMIER LEAGUERULES OF THE GAME: Each group match will of 8 Overs. Semi-finals will be of 8 overs and final will be of 10 overs. 1 run will be conceded for every wide bowl bowled (leg side & off side) Overthrow is only allowed if the ball is within the run scoring zone.
